Park Bank is looking for an adaptable, action-oriented, communicative leader to be our next Senior Facilities Technician. Reporting to the ATM Services and Facilities Manager, the Senior Facilities Technician will work on a small team to maintain the bank's facilities and grounds - including our Park Bank Center and our nine branches in the area. As the Senior Facilities Technician, you are responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. These include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling and other building systems. You have experience with facilities, maintenance, and/or manufacturing and can work independently. You enjoy taking on new things, getting the job done, and are open to change.

Requirements

Essential Functions & Duties

  • Inspect and resolve issues raised by associates
  • Perform carpentry work, electrical repairs and installations and some plumbing when needed
  • Maintain HVAC systems including a boiler and chiller
  • Run network cable as needed
  • Install and maintain cameras as well as the NVR
  • Drive company van to Park Bank Center and branches
  • Ensure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development
  • Perform general repairs. Examples may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Proven leadership skills
  • Minimum 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Reside within 30-45 minute travel time to the Park Bank Center

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Apprentice leading towards a journeyman electrician
  • Apprentice leading towards a journeyman HVAC
