POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES The Field/Construction Representative plays a key role in the successful execution of projects both in the office during design and on site with clients and the project construction team. This person is focused primarily on coordination of communications and work between different stakeholders (KFI project team, client, general contractor or construction manager, subcontractors, vendors, etc.). Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Field Representative is also responsible for trouble-shooting problems in the field, communicating with design Engineers., and facilitating the timely execution of decisions directly affecting the timeliness and quality of our work and the overall satisfaction of our client. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a pragmatic approach coupled with strong construction and field experience, enabling them to quickly build credibility and thoroughly examine customer needs. They should be able to comprehend technical work in the field and effectively communicate complex situations and problems to others. We're looking for a naturally collaborative individual who can synthesize diverse ideas into actionable recommendations while being self-directed and adaptable to rapidly changing circumstances. The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively, potentially spending weeks at a time on job sites. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
