In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to meet the evolving needs of our business. This position has a hybrid work schedule, reporting onsite to the Corporate Headquarters in Superior, WI a minimum of three days a week. Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate data in the company's ATS, conducting phone interviews, coordinating, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation.
