Job Summary: The responsibility of the Case Manager is to assist 6-12 clients in their transition from incarceration into the community as well as build and incorporate new relationships with community organizations. Assist Program coordinator and Program Manager and all other staff in the operation and follow through of services, program requirements and licensing. This includes organizing volunteers to help with these responsibilities. The Case Manager is also responsible for daily supervision and training of volunteers, as well as delegating tasks to volunteers. Additional Responsibilities Include:
