  • Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)

Job Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.
  • Responsibly for reviewing and management of overall MEP project schedule.
  • Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and/or DoD personnel.
  • Host daily meetings with subcontractors/vendors working on site.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for the execution of project.
  • Tracking and documenting changes in scope.
  • Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.
  • Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.
  • Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.
  • Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
  • First Aid / CPR Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.
  • OSHA 30 Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.
  • Typical jobsite work hours 6:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri

Experience/Education

  • Prior experience with commercial/industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction and/or project management.
  • Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade/related experience preferred.
