ABOUT THE POSITION: We're seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, clean, and reliable operation of all equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventative and reactive maintenance strategies. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 10 years of experience, and 5+ years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience with an Associate's degree or Journeyman Apprenticeship will also be considered. You possess hands-on knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and preferably experience in plastics and electronics manufacturing. You're a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement through metrics, PDCA, and 5S.
