Little & Associates, insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, seeks a trial attorney with 1-10 years of experience to join our new Concord, CA office. Full remote opportunities may be available for candidates residing in Fresco County only. All other candidates would be required to spend some time working in the office. Candidates must have exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence and trial strategy with outstanding written and oral advocacy skills. Competitive candidates will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a caseload where all work is time-sensitive. We enjoy an active, busy civil trial practice.
