Analyst - Web Content Support

Job Summary

Analyst will work in support role as part of a small team, preparing content for publishing to the organization Internet and Intranet web sites.

Analyst will work with business stakeholders to fully develop draft content provided as text and images (such as MS-Word or PDF documents) into content suitable for publishing.

Analyst will complete assigned tasks by starting with draft or incomplete content and general guidance as to placement. Analyst will fully develop the content using strong writing skills and basic knowledge of HTML formatting for internal review and approval by the team lead prior to presenting to the customer during regular meetings. Following approval, Analyst will complete assignment independently then submit for final review and approval for publishing. Analysis will regularly require structured thinking and the ability to develop and present multiple options for the customer.

Analyst will participate in weekly status meetings and discuss assigned tasks, outstanding issues, and plans to close items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology field required
• Strong writing skills are required.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background with HTML and/or some level of web programming experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently on analysis tasks as assigned
• Must be able to work as part of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail is required due to close working relationship with customer and content being published to the Internet.

Salary

• $60,000 - $80,000
