Description Hours: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am OT as needed on Fridays Pay : $20.00/hr. plus $2/hr shift differential HHT Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing- Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave- Eligible after 1 year of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement- Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement- Eligible after 6 months of service Responsibilities Operating stamping press, program parts to print and load coils with a crane. Physical work Move heavy dies with machine assistance. Move finished metal parts. Utilizing a forklift to: Load Material and off-load cut parts. Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper. Troubleshooting machine alarms and quality issues. May use fork truck to load materials. Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations. Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule. Work safely and independently. Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal.
