Effectively manages front-line resource allocations by creating, maintaining and communicating appropriate models and reports. Evaluates workforce capacities and pending or forecasted work to achieve optimal workforce alignment and makes recommendations to the appropriate audience related to staffing and/or training needs. Education Description
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience in forecasting, planning and resource deployment in the service industry or related environment.
