What you will do:

Under escalation team, will be responsible for getting answers to customers, after getting arrival dates from Material Coordinator, finding alternative with engineering or support and updates from procurement. Provide and get information from inter JCI and customer, work as a bridge in communication and get the best for customer satisfaction.

How you will do it:

• Get Dates from Buyer and procurement and provide to customers.
• Follows up with Buyer if lead times not acceptable to the customer.
• Request for alternatives with engineering and/or procurement
• Create Customer Orders when it is needed for replacement order or any other special case
• Follow up and notify customers about their escalated orders
• Get meetings with JCI Interplants and getting reasons for delays, updated shipping dates and provide to customers.
• Get and provide information for drop ships
• Work with warehouse, receiving and shipping departments and request prioritization on orders escalated for correct and expedite process
• Prioritize and reviews backorders order daily,
• Uses manufacturing resource software where applicable to retrieve customer information, verifies inventory levels, and processes purchase order.
• Locates parts from districts and plants for priority orders if not in stock at parts center.

What we look for:

Associates degree, or relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office and ability to research information on internet.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.74 hr.-$31.25 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
