Description We are in search of a motivated, experienced, and innovativeMid-Level to Senior Microfabrication Engineer to join the Advanced Materials Group in Huntsville - AL. As a core member of the team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of projects and programs. A successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating within the team. This role will be an in-person position. Our ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in microfabrication processes, clean room operations, device design/fabrication of MEMs, and business development. As a Mid-Level to Senior Engineer you will help lead process development, grow the business area, and collaborate with cross functional teams. Primary Responsibilities The mid-level to senior microfabrication engineer will perform microfabrication processes and provide technical leadership to staff. The candidate will work to develop processes and products using innovative solutions in an R&D and pilot production/ low-rate initial production (LRIP) environment. Candidate will apply appropriate quality controls to processes and products based on the maturity level of the project. Additionally, the selected candidate will engage with potential clients to build partnerships and work with industry collaborators to advance our microfabrication business scope. Basic Qualifications
