General Surgeon

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an active opportunity for a civilian General Surgeon at the Lawton Indian Hospital, in Oklahoma.

Aspects of the practice include:

1099 Contract, 6 months+

• Perform the necessary in house surgeries, surgical consultations, endoscopic procedures

• Freedom from outside pressures to increase patient visits or maximize billing
• Focus on being a physician, not running a business or managing staff

Requirements of the position are:

• Any active state license
• Active DEA registration
• Experience: 3 years experience within the last 5 years
• Possess board certification or board eligible in general surgery
• Successful completion of a residency program in an approved General Surgery Training Program
• Possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
