Role Overview: Through effective leadership and operational expertise, the AVP of Retail Operations ensures seamless support services, compliance adherence, and efficient back-office operations to deliver an exceptional member experience. This role oversees the Deposit Operations and Card Services functions, managing a dedicated team to support the credit union's mission. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or equivalency certification. An Associates Degree in Business is preferred. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in back-office account operations is required, with expertise in ACH/Wire transfers, IRAs, payroll processing, and plastic card operations. Additionally, 5+ years of administrative experience in a leadership capacity is essential.
