Consumer Lending Consultant (Bilingual-Spanish Speaking)

Description

Responsible for identifying the credit needs of members and offering appropriate loan solutions that meet their financial and personal objectives. Prepares loan applications, works incoming online applications, and cross sells additional loans and sends off complete loan applications for credit approval and processing. Primary point of contact for inbound consumer lending department calls and emails from members. May be required to work an occasional Saturday as well as make outbound calls to members to connect members with additional ways we can help.

Education
High School (required)
Experience
1 - 2 years: 1 - 2 years of financial sales and marketing experience. (required)
Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (preferred)
Knowledge of lending requirements and standards. (preferred)
Experience with lending application software. (preferred)
Experience underwriting consumer loan products preferred. (preferred)
High school degree or equivalent (preferred)
