About the Role: State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Support Service Manager who leads a team responsible for overseeing several key functional areas, including Deceased Account Management, Escheatment Processes, Foreign Currency and Check negotiation, Garnishments/Liens/Writs, IRA and Trust Services, POA/Guardianship/Conservatorship, and Account Maintenance. This role involves strategic planning, daily operations management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members. The Support Services Manager will work closely with internal teams to automate processes where possible, ensure a member-focused approach, and maintain regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications:
