Focus: The Manufacturing Project Engineer - Epoxy Intermediates (B-23) is responsible for managing capital and expense projects including MOD Migration for B-23. In your role as aManufacturing Project Engineer, you will lead a cross functional project team and stakeholders through the evaluation of alternatives and select the best options for Olin, as well as lead the project through engineering, authorization & construction. Activities may also include feasibility studies to help establish viable options for achieving site, business or corporate strategic objectives

• Responsible for managing the critical path of capital and expense projects for B23 including the MOD migration project.
• Develop and/or manage work process/business program plans through collaboration with internal and external partners
• Lead project planning and management from FEL 1 to implementation and startup
• Review code and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Perform budget, contingency, scope, issue and risk management tasks
• Monitor and control project/phase performance against plan. Develop, initiate, and manage project/phase execution
• Analyze equipment, systems, processes, and systems to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with codes, guidelines, best practices, and policies

• Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.1+ years of MOD code or Delta V experience preferred
• Proven skill and experience with risk and issue management
• Experience with managing vendor proposals and quotations, contractor bids and development of desired solutions for projects preferred
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness and facilitation skills
• Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
