The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Executive Director of Employer Relations, the Associate Director will play a critical role in driving the Career Management Center's (CMC) overall employer relations function. This role will drive recruiting efforts for all Columbia Business School (CBS) student populations-full-time MBA, Executive MBA, Dual MBA/Executive MS: Engineering & Applied Science (MBAxMS), and specialty masters students-and alumni. The Associate Director will bring an enthusiasm in cultivating relationships and fostering partnerships with a particular emphasis on the evolving technology section, ensuring impactful career opportunities for MBA talent. Collaborating across the Business School community including - CMC, Dean's Office, Office of Student Affairs, Office of DEI, and student organizations - the Associate Director will bring a collaborative mindset, energy, and creativity to building and expanding employer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative to identify new opportunities, the vision to strengthen employer relationships, and the enthusiasm to advance CBS's mission.
