Training Specialist

We are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. The primary role of the Training Specialist is to enhance overall employee effectiveness and performance through the implementation of individual and group training techniques and programs, in alignment with SDFCU's organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and competencies:

1. A college degree with coursework in English, education, or training is desired.

2. 1-3 years of experience in training, course development, and design.

3. Excellent communication skills, including oral presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, HTML, and the Internet.

5. Demonstrated skills in research and analysis.

6. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

7. Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.

8. Strong ability to meet deadlines.

9. Experience in a Financial Services Retail Branch delivery and/or Call Center environment is preferred.
