Salary Range: $17.50- $18.37 Per hour CommonBond Communities invites qualified applicants to apply for the Site Front Desk Assistant position at Seward Tower East Minneapolis, Minnesota. The position attends to resident needs and their guest. This property has 320 units in the building. The primary responsibility of the Site Front Desk Assistant is to assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with the daily operations of the community by coordinating the marketing, rental, and occupancy along with a strong focus on customer service and community relations. In addition, this position requires daily administrative duties concerning the management office and the apartment community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
