This Payer Tracking Coordinator is responsible for providing support and addressing all operational issues that impact accounts receivable the highest level of client leadership. The scope of this job includes taking the lead on all client relations issues and reporting. This opening is for our Comprehensive (SNF) team. Key Responsibilities Anticipate and provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Address client concerns and complaints promptly, strive for resolution as quickly as possible, and escalate complex issues to management as needed. Maintain detailed records of client accounts. Facilitate the coordination of client aging reviews and present findings to leadership. Collaborate with other internal teams to address client needs and improve processes. Perform other job duties as assigned.
