This Payer Tracking Coordinator is responsible for providing support and addressing all operational issues that impact accounts receivable the highest level of client leadership. The scope of this job includes taking the lead on all client relations issues and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.

  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly, strive for resolution as quickly as possible, and escalate complex issues to management as needed.

  • Maintain detailed records of client accounts.

  • Facilitate the coordination of client aging reviews and present findings to leadership.

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to address client needs and improve processes.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
