General Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support executive decision-making. The Senior Financial Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens internal controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead financial ROI data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of large deal reviews.
• Prepare and present complex financial reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits.
• Provide strategic advice on financial performance and new opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to successful completion.
