KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Performance Management Technology to join our Talent & Culture team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Performance Development technology and data strategy, aligned with the organization's overall goals
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems for performance and engagement management
  • Lead a team of employees driving, business as usual activities and standup of new technologies to drive the future state of Performance Management
  • Manage the relationship with our Performance Development Center of Excellence (COE) organization to understand their goals, update them on project status, and provide thought leadership in the technology space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs, ensuring that systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable
  • Conduct the design and implementation of talent analytics dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to employees, Talent and Culture and business leaders, as well as recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Performance Development processes, as well as manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and ongoing system enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent combined experience in Information Technology, Process Improvements and Performance Development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience managing individuals within a matrixed environment with multiple geographically dispersed stakeholders and decision makers; experience managing large projects that have significant impact and influence to continuously improve processes and programs for the firm; ability to coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT Performance Development strategies and solutions
  • Proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value, and are aligned against client priorities
  • Strong understanding of KPMG and the industry with a strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships and trust within a broad range of leaders, teams and internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
