Description: This position has divisional-level responsibility for managing projects for UIC Student Affairs, including divisional-level projects as well as unit-specific projects. A resourceful troubleshooter, the Director uses independent judgment and project management skills to help divisional leadership manage new initiatives and improve current ones that promote student success, engagement and development, as well improving divisional processes. The Director coordinates external reviews and works with units going through the review process to create implementation plans and provides support where appropriate to manage related initiatives. They will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and organize and maintain administrative processes that are essential to this position. They will work collaboratively with colleagues within and outside of Student Affairs. Duties & Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications Required:
