Summary of Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Unit Communications to support internal communication strategies and initiatives with a focus on our US Group Health and Hospital and Health Services, business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans that effectively promote brand awareness, engage key stakeholders, and support organizational objectives. The Director of Business Unit Communications will play a critical role in shaping business narratives and managing change through strategic messaging, executive communications, and content development. This is currently a senior individual contributor role, requiring previous success in supporting senior executives, as well as strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$210,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
