McGraw Hill has a dedicated service model to complement purchased professional development to our partner districts. A Project Manager ensures a high level of partnership, from district-level leadership to site-level administrators and teachers, that provides consistent, targeted support to make certain the implementation is done with fidelity, so the vision and goals of the district are met.

How can you make an impact?

This Project Manager role will be focused on Community, Equity, and Relationships. The right person will be responsible for working with the district to curate impactful curriculum and professional development for foundational literacy that aligns with the Science of Reading, for financial literacy, and for community-based learning and relationship-building.

This role does require up to 70% travel into your designated territory. Candidates must live in the Columbus area. The Project Manager will divide their time between the Columbus City school district and their home office. All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead Goal-Setting Conversations
  • Conduct Site-Level Implementation Planning Meetings
  • Scale Program Launch Across District Sites
  • Provide Implementation Model Recommendations
  • Conduct Site, Class, and Grade-Level Visits
  • Design Curriculum Alignments and Standards Frameworks
  • Prepare Special Ed, RTI, EL Lesson Plans
  • Create and Conduct Quarterly Data Reports and Reviews
  • Provide Guidance in Identifying Gaps
  • Analyze Data to Support Sub-Population Initiatives
  • Provide Coaching on Leadership Data Dashboards
  • Manage Administrator Onboarding
  • Develop Accountability Trackers
  • Share Incentive and Motivation Strategies
  • Host Thought Leadership Forums
  • Support Community and Family Engagement

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 5+ years in classroom preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • 2+ of Curriculum Management experience
  • Lives within 25 miles of the district

The pay for this position is $60,000-85,000 annually, however, base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
