The Opportunity

With over 35 GW of battery energy storage system and solar generation assets leveraging Ulteig's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Energy Management System (EMS) platforms, the category is a high growth opportunity for the Renewables Lifeline Sector (RE LLS). Strong customer demand within the renewables industry of this highly technical offering is a key driver for the role to optimize the sales process. Mapping key processes and cross functional collaboration within Ulteig to enable efficient and risk managed go-to-market strategies will be key functions of this role, along with identifying pain points and areas for improvement and/or automation and leading cross functional teams to execute improvements. This role will report to the Market Director of the Renewables Lifeline Sector and collaborate with SCADA focused Senior Market Leaders drive success.

What You'll Do



  • Map key processes and cross functional collaboration teams within Ulteig to enable efficient and risk managed go-to-market strategies
  • Identify pain points and areas for improvement and/or automation
  • Develop creative approaches to improve sales processes
  • Lead cross functional teams to execute improvements
  • Develop a plan with key milestones to track success factors


What We Expect from You



  • Deep technical expertise of SCADA/EMS (7+ years of experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to listen to diverse stakeholder groups internally and across key customers
  • Project Management Professional with strong project/program management and process improvement skills (10+ years of experience preferred)
  • Customer facing experience in business-to-business technical sales experience
  • Ability to lead and influence project teams without direct reporting structures
  • Change management experience
  • Complex and creative problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
  • Travel up to 10%

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $148,800 - $201,300
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
