Pay: $20-$35 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to ensure high-quality, defect-free production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment. Work independently or with a team to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience with Haas and Harding gang-type machines. Experience with Swiss-type machine setup and Robo drill milling machines is a plus. Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
