Shipping Supervisor

• Verify daily schedules and ensure all manifests are accurate in Radley and Ford Systems
• Print and distribute production labels; maintain minimum stock in shipping office and production areas
• Print and scan master and detail labels for clients including Faurecia, Eimo, CGR, Hirotec, Toyotomi, Magna, JIC, JSC, Plastikon, and others
• Create and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) for various clients including Faurecia, JSC, Plastikon, Magna, Hirotec, and more
• Coordinate with carriers (e.g., Dayton Freight, USF Holland) for pickup scheduling
• Send daily Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and emails to customers after shipments
• Verify BOLs and inspect incoming freight for damages upon receipt
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and assist with material procurement when needed

• Prior shipping and logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Previous experience with BOLs, manifests, and inventory management
