Staffmark is hiring an Equipment Operator for a health and wellness company in Perris, CA, specializing in products like vitamins, supplements, natural health items, herbs, beauty products, groceries, kid's accessories, and sports goods. Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: (Must be available to work additional days and overtime as needed.)



  • 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Sunday - Tuesday
  • 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Thursday - Saturday


As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various equipment in the warehouse. Duties include loading/unloading trailers, scanning, building pallets, labeling merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring accurate product placement. You will also assist with product counts, data entry, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities:



  • Follow safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Operate a Cherry Picker
  • Load, unload, scan, and label merchandise
  • Replenish and stock inventory, ensuring accurate product placement
  • Operate forklifts and pallet riders safely
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing debris and sweeping work areas
  • Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
  • Enter data manually or via computer systems
  • Assist with product counts and reconciliations


Requirements:



  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks
  • 1 year of recent experience operating a Cherry Picker
  • Attention to detail with consistent and accurate task performance
  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, math, and computer operations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operation experience (willing to obtain certification)
  • Competency in safe operation of hand and power equipment
