Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving success and fostering strong customer relationships? We are seeking a Store Manager in Calera, AL to lead and manage store operations, a dedicated team, and customer project needs with excellence. As Store Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the store's operations while creating a positive, results-oriented environment. We are seeking someone who is personable, inspires and motivates their team to excel, and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all aspects of their work. Salary: $85,000/yr. (plus annual bonus based on store profitability and performance) Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities will include: Managing and mentoring a team of 5-6 employees, fostering growth and high performance. Directing daily store operations from open to close. Evaluating store performance and implementing plans to improve outcomes. Overseeing P&L, budget, and expense management on a monthly basis. Reporting performance metrics to senior leadership through detailed daily, weekly, and monthly updates. Developing and executing training programs, onboarding, and employee performance reviews. Monitoring inventory quality and ensuring standards meet community needs. Managing safety protocols, documenting violations, and conducting regular safety meetings. Supervising facility and grounds maintenance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred. Rental industry experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Suite with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Skilled in sales, customer relations, and team leadership, including hiring, coaching, and motivating employees. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivering exceptional results.
