Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM As an Automation Technician, you'll play a key role in manufacturing and testing electrical and mechanical assemblies for robotic and factory automation systems. You'll work closely with other departments to meet quality, delivery, and production goals while adhering to Yaskawa Motoman's high standards. Your responsibilities include building and testing assemblies, performing prototype assembly, ensuring compliance with ISO procedures, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements for quality and productivity. You'll also be involved in the assembly of electrical and mechanical components, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional tasks include providing support for audits, packaging automation equipment for transport, and assisting with system installations at customer sites as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; vocational-technical training is preferred 6 months to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and understand basic electrical/electronic schematics and mechanical blueprints Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks in a physically demanding environment Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card Access to a supportive local team dedicated to your success Employee discounts and referral bonuses Medical, dental, vision, and 401K options to meet you and your family's needs Interested?
