Requirements | 2 years of relevant experience + the ability to pass a typing test Monday - Friday | 8:20 AM - 5 PM Pay Range | $11.50 - $13 per hour (depending on experience) Receptionist Tasks: Provide administrative assistance to a team of attorneys, file, photocopy, and scan documents, schedule appointments/meetings, answer phones or switchboards, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff, prepare legal documents, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
