Part time position working 16 hours per week with a focus on Orthopedics. This role supports the total knee and total hip Ortho registry. This is a hybrid position with a very minimal on-site requirement at Lakeland Hospital. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RN Clinical Database specialist to join our team with a primary focus on managing and optimizing data collection for Quality Improvement Registries. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data, as well as facilitating the analysis and sharing of outcomes for continuous improvement in patient safety and surgical practices. Job Summary Supports routine/less complex operational improvement projects that are smaller in scope throughout the organization including both clinical and non-clinical areas to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Assists with analysis to measure the effectiveness of existing business and clinical processes and helps to develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process and quality improvements. Maintains accountability for the integrity and functioning of databases. Will collect, enter and analyze data in a secure and confidential manner within the constructs of the specialty program.
