Seeking a CRM Analytics Manager to work hybrid in NY with a global CPG.
Job Description * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, develop use cases, conduct gap analysis, set and manage expectations * Partner with CRM Architect to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams and analysts * Manage projects at a detailed level to resolve issues and drive progress * Relationship and communication management with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions * Manage day-to-day operational issues related Additional Skills & Qualifications * 3+ years CRM / CDP experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Understanding of CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Data Processing (Master Data Management, Data Quality Management) and Consumer Databases principles. * Strong knowledge and experience of Consumer databases and CRM development and configuration. * Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and perform relevant analysis. * Bachelors degree completed APPLY NOW for immediate consideration About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
