Job Title: Commercial Security Install Technician Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Security Install Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and maintaining security systems, including CCTV, low voltage cables, locks, motion sensors, and various security platforms such as Alarm.com, Bosch, Honeywell, and DMP. Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems. * Run and terminate low voltage cables for security system installations. * Install and configure locks, motion sensors, and other security devices. * Program and troubleshoot security systems from manufacturers such as Alarm.com, Bosch, Honeywell, and DMP. * Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of security equipment. * Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of security systems. * Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations. * Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. * Proven experience in installing and maintaining commercial security systems. * Proficiency with CCTV, low voltage cabling, locks, motion sensors, and security platforms such as Alarm.com, Bosch, Honeywell, and DMP. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
