Position Overview: We are seeking a L2 Service Desk support tech to fill a temporary position due to paternity leave. The ideal candidate will be ready to start by the first week of December and will have the opportunity to shadow the current team until Christmas week. with a 3-4 month contract non extendable at this time. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Conference Room Issues: Address technical outages and ensure smooth operation of conference room equipment. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to users, assisting with technical issues and inquiries. Technical Support: Set up and maintain Genius Bar walk-up desks and manage a virtual service desk for more complex technical support. Must-Have Qualifications: Punctuality: Strong commitment to being on time and reliable. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft products, Webex, Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and provide support to non-technical users. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant certifications such as TIA+ or Security certifications. Work Environment: Team Culture: Fast-paced environment with a diverse team of four, supporting sales, engineers, and software engineers.
