Description: Scale Work: Scale route trucks/outside haulers/semis Daily Reports:Run/email reports for outside haulers. Correct any discrepancies. Schedule:Print route maps/route lists/generate daily bullsheets/update daily check in and tare sheet Drivers Notes:All notes and paperwork for drivers in the trays in drivers room. Brochures: For new toter deliveries - maintain these so they are available to be put with work orders. Year end - after brochures are updated; print and replace prior years. Paradigm: Enter daily bullsheets/daily double check; Enter invoice #'s/daily back-up/generate monthly haulers recap Two main responsibilities: - Manning the live scale. As trucks pull on, you go and scale the trucks. Semis to come in and pick up loads randomly, fill out paperwork, send them to get loaded and then scale them. - Generate bull sheets for the truck drivers. Daily route sheets. Print the route notes and get everything together. Skills: Administrative support, office support, google drive, microsoft excel, softpak, scaling experience Top Skills Details: Administrative support,office support,google drive,microsoft excel Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must Haves: 2+ years of office experience in manufacturing or similar environment Strong computer skills - Google Drive, Excel, Word, etc. Ability to communicate with trucks drivers and other departments Ability to multitask Ability to display patience Friendly demeanor Nice to Haves: Previous scaling experience Paradigm system for reporting Softpak system Experience Level: Entry Level Pay - 19/hr About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
