*Job Description:*
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be tasked with the following job duties: * Greet patients and families at the front desk * Troubleshoot issues with patients coming in utilizing the new iPad system for check-in/screening * Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, call on referrals * Answer questions about appointments, insurance, and payments * Assist with the smooth transfer of patients between departments * Assist with administrative work such chart prepping, and and maintaining medical records * Coordinate patient appointments and information flow between departments and outside organizations *Preferred Skills & Qualifications:* * 1+ years of healthcare admin experience * High School Diploma *Hours* Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable company!
