Currently seeking a Data Entry Representative to join the team at a large health care company! Job Description: * Updating excel spreadsheet with daily batches delivered to Imaging * Printing and mailing outgoing correspondence * Processing and distribution of physical and virtual incoming mail / faxes * Submitting IT tickets when there are printer issues / SPM issues. Proactively communicating to leadership when these issues arise. * Re-mailing of returned refund checks when appropriate * Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications: * 1 + years of experience working in an office setting * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Federal Way, WA business office 5 days a week.
