Looking for an* Enrollment Specialist* in Greenwood Village, CO! Will become hybrid after 30 days. Must have: * Good tenure * Enrolling ambulances/operations into enrollment for payors (Not patients into healthplans) * Have experience completing complex applications- Detail oriented Description: The Enrollment Specialist Associate is responsible for completing all enrollment forms and activities related to enrolling and maintaining status for all Ground Operations with Medicare, Medicaid, and other entities. They ensure records are accurate and on-going compliance is maintained in accordance with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Accurately complete all paper and electronic forms for government payors as assigned. Accurately complete all contracting credentialing requests as assigned. Gather licensing and other requested documentation from Operations, Legal and Compliance departments. Manage and track all work in company provided software. Maintain confidentiality and update company information as necessary. Other Duties* Assist in collecting data and creating/maintaining reports as necessary. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work overtime as assigned. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Skills: medical insurance, insurance verification, eligibility verification, medicaid, medicare, ms office suite, data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Education * High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
