Top 3 Skills 1.Individuals must be self-motivated, driven, hardworking, able to work independently, learn quickly and have excellent Customer Service/Interpersonal skills. White Glove Support - able to handle stress well. 2.Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook) and Document Management experience (Dorsey uses Net Doc, any Document Management experience would be fine including Google Docs, etc.). 3.VERY LITTLE FORMAL HELPDESK EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. Individuals who have a College IT Degree would be acceptable. Dorsey will train the right fit. *Skills:* Support, Windows, MS, Office, 2010, HW *Top Skills Details:* Support,Windows,MS,Office,2010,HW *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Dorsey's Helpdesk provides Support for 2,000 Lawyers and staff world-wide. Individuals will be working remote. The position will be roughly 50% Phone Support and 50% E-Mail Support. Additional Information *6 month + Contract to Hire role. *Fully remote although Dorsey would like a local candidate. Individuals will be set up to work from home using Microsoft Teams. *1st Shift - 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (38.75 hours per week). *Interviews will be held after Thanksgiving with a target Start Date of Monday (1/6), 2025. *Dorsey uses Ivanti (formally HEAT) for Ticket Tracking.
