Pay Range $36.81 - $37.56 / hour
Allied Universal has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position for an Armed Nuclear Security Shift Supervisor (Sergeant). The Nuclear Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising and evaluating the conduct and performance of the security officers and/or Sergeants in his/her assigned unit or team. He or she is qualified to perform the duties of the Central Alarm Station (CAS) or Secondary Alarm Station (SAS) operator. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and facility and company policies, procedures, and/or guidelines. The Shift Supervisor performs post inspections, assigns work to employees, issues weapons and equipment, and handles employee issues and concerns. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
