Key responsibilities include providing administrative and logistical support, ensuring meticulous planning, and proactively resolving issues for seamless event delivery. The coordinator maintains event calendars, assists in managing event budgets alongside the events team, and works closely with the Director of Events to manage vendor relationships, execute contracts, and handle payments. Additionally, the role involves organizing event documentation, coordinating volunteer recruitment, and delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders. Following each event, the coordinator gathers feedback, prepares post-event reports, and provides recommendations for future improvements, supporting the continuous enhancement of event strategies and success. QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary Range: Minimum 22.34 per hour - Maximum 35.75 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
