Job title: Office Manager II Location: Baltimore, MD Summary: The Office Manager II is responsible for organizing and managing the office operations for multiple departments. Duties include oversight of personnel, building maintenance, payroll, workflow, equipment, training, space, parking, telecommunications, and general support of special projects. The role is responsible for developing and implementing department policies and procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations and facilitating information exchange between other departments, entities, vendors, and outside agencies. The Office Manager II manages the day-to-day operations, which could include project management, procurement, preparation of purchase requests and travel expense reports, and facilities design and construction process/methods. The role will also coordinate mandatory compliance and department-specific training or meetings, Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Required License: None Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years related experience at an administrative level, preferably in a health care setting, with one year of supervisory/management experience. Salary Range: Minimum 24.56 per hour - Maximum 42.98 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
