You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: https://jhhs.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Summary The Associate Director builds and advances community fundraising event relationships through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship; effectively represents the Hospital to a constituency of community, foundations, corporations, friends, and/or grateful families. Identifies and cultivates new giving prospects for Community Fundraising Events while building upon established pipelines. The Associate Director provides leadership and guidance to Community Fundraising Events, managing key relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the organization is represented, as appropriate at events. Responsibilities include managing event budgets, fostering strategic Community Fundraising Event partnerships, and evaluating Community Fundraising Event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Salary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
