The BIM Technical Director will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of BIM Execution for the entire company. They will define and maintain Revit and other SOP platforms. They will also be responsible for companywide BIM Content accuracy, availability, and operability by internal clients. They will need to promote awareness and use of automations across sectors and direct implementation of platforms throughout the organization related to BIM. The BIM Technical Director will additionally need to define and cascade goals, accountabilities and KPIs that the different sectors can use to measure and grow BIM effectiveness aligning with the overall company vision.
