What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and effective Lead Technical Program Manager to lead high impact programs to deliver business value as part of the Product and Technology Program Management team. In this role, you'll excel at influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, capable of operating at all levels, and are able to understand technical details quickly. You will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems in a technical environment, and does what they say they will do. You must be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment; bringing order to chaos.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management.

Responsibility

  • Drive business critical programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and delivering on schedule
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across teams / silos
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to promote stakeholder buy-in, foster adoption, and support sustainable changes within the organization
  • Drive alignment and collaboration cross-functionally by working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive program execution and alignment with predefined goals
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, addressing issues with effective mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
  • Drive Data-Informed decision making by using data and analytics to track program metrics, guide decisions, and regularly report progress to senior leadership
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of technical program management experience, with a focus on process improvement and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • A track record of implementing change management strategies that drive effective and sustained adoption
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred

  • Master's Degree
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and align partners at all levels

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
