Position Summary: A regional trainer is responsible for delivering a world-class go-to-market training experience which addresses customer and consumer needs across multiple categories and ensures the product information and messaging aligns with the company's overall objectives and strategies. The regional trainer will work directly with the field representatives in coordinating activities to ensure strategic business decisions are based on multiple inputs (performance metrics, competitive research, and customer feedback) which directly affect the customer and consumer "SIG" experience. The regional trainer will provide guidance to the sales representatives and direct dealers on training and specialized event participation. They will manage and utilize personnel assets to extend the reach of the training program and to ensure consistency of the approach and messaging across the United States. Will ensure training and merchandising programs reinforces the company's brand and marketing strategies by incorporating key initiatives in a compelling fashion. The regional trainer will be responsible for hosting regional trainings to keep representative and dealers up to date on product and functionality of Sig Sauer products.
