ABOUT THE POSITION Our Distribution Centers utilize state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team to provide Columbia Sportswear Company a competitive advantage in distribution. Teams are responsible for shipping millions of units of apparel, footwear, and equipment annually within the family of brands. Accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments are the hallmarks of our facility. As a DC Coordinator, you will contribute to the distribution of products from Columbia Sportswear Company's Distribution Center by partnering with team members to ensure our products are received, labeled, inventoried, and shipped according to customer expectations and demands. The DC Coordinator works with the Area Manager to ensure work is processed accurately and efficiently, to ensure timely shipment and avoid charge backs. DC Coordinators play a key role in training new hires, monitoring the workflow, and moving associates to ensure a smooth flow of product and efficient operations. This requires the ability to perform all department tasks efficiently, using preferred work methods. Total Rewards: This position offers competitive compensation of $22.75/hour to start and ongoing opportunities for Merit increases, up to $31.54/hour, including shift differential.
